JOYAL TRAINING INSTITUTE, BINDA

Joyal Training Institute was established in 2012 under the management of the Marianist Trust. Situated approximately 60 kilometers from Ranchi City, the institute was founded with the primary objective of providing vocational education and skill development opportunities to tribal youth, particularly those who have discontinued their formal education.

The institute gives special priority to unemployed and drop out youth, especially those residing in the Murhu Block of Khunti District. It offers a range of vocational training programs, including driving, tailoring, and computer education. In addition to technical skills, the institute emphasizes the development of essential life skills, good manners, moral values, and personal discipline. Through this holistic approach, Joyal Training Institute seeks to empower young people with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to secure sustainable employment and lead self-reliant, dignified lives.
